#sweat (Unwind Wednesday)

I'm lying flat on my back, sweat covers my body from head to toe and no I just didn't collapse after a vigorous cross-fit workout. 🤣🤣 In fact I've done little more than a few stretches. Sweating boosts energy and mood, and helps rid the body of toxins. So how do you get these health benefits without a vigorous workout? Hot Yoga - my favourite sweat inducing self-care activity.
