#sing along (Unwind Wednesday)

A client of mine recently reminded me of the power of music to lift our spirits and make us feel good. So today's suggested micro-practice to help you unwind is to put on a favourite song or playlist and sing along, even if it's only in your head. 😊 Whether you listen in the car while driving, blast the music on your home stereo while making supper, or put on some headphones and enjoy a few quiet moments of me time, take a few minutes today to let music flood you with good feelings and melt away some stress.

What song can't you resist singing along to? I have a fond and vivid memory of belting out Billy Ocean's Get Outta my Dreams, Get into my Car when I was in my early teens and to this day that song still brings a smile to my face.
