For today's edition of Unwind Wednesday I invite you to spend a few minutes in mindful meditation. You don't need to sit on the ground or take a formal pose, just sit in a comfortable chair or if you prefer you can even lay down. Then lower and relax your gaze or close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing. Notice it's rhythm and focus on the sensations - your chest or belly rising and falling, the air flowing in and out of your nostrils, any place you might be clenching or holding tension. If your mind wanders off, gently guide it back to the breath. Meditation doesn't have to be any more complicated than that!
