#get outside (Unwind Wednesday)

Today's tip for Unwind Wednesday is a no brainer. In fact if you haven't already done so, you probably had plans to get outside and enjoy the nice weather - you don't need me to tell you what your body has already discovered, spring is on it's way and it feels good!!
