#exercise (Unwind Wednesday)

How do you get your daily dose of exercise? We all know how good it is for us, right? And yet according to this report a whopping 84% of Canadians aren't getting the recommended amount of physical activity. The reasons are varied, we're busy, it's too cold out, inertia is difficult to overcome, we aren't sure how to get started, we have injuries, pain, physical limitations, etc. However, we will all also readily admit that these are excuses and that when we move we feel better both physically and mentally.

Today for Unwind Wednesday, my challenge to you is to take a 5 minute exercise movement break. Get your heart pumping to the point that you can feel it in your chest, let some sweat form on your brow, and then notice how you feel.
