Learn how making better choices 80% of the time leaves room for your favorite indulgences

My food philosophy is pretty simple and is based on 3 principles.

  1. Eat real food, most of the time. What is real food? Simply put, it's food in its most natural state, unprocessed.  Quality sources of protein, a wide variety of fruit & vegetables, healthy fats and smart carbs.

  2. I firmly believe that every person is unique. We all have different requirements for our health, different needs, circumstances, preferences, resources, and values. Thus there is no one way of eating that works for everyone. 

  3. Life is too short for diets. Making better choices most of the time will allow your body to find it's natural weight, one that you can maintain effortlessly while still enjoying your favorite indulgences now and then.
